Job summary

Volunteers of America of North Louisiana seeks a Quality Assurance leader to develop, implement, and maintain all quality enhancement systems, coordinating across departments to ensure regulatory compliance and integrity of policies, case files, and related documentation.

You will translate data results into actionable reports using Power BI, oversee the QA program, supervise a Data Quality Specialist, and collaborate with division directors to advance new programs while meeting funder

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Quality Assurance programs of the agency, including leading the Quality Assurance Committee.
• Work with managers, directors, and administration to ensure programs meet goals in accordance with the agency Strategic Plan.
• Provide information regarding quality improvement efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
• Utilize data analytics tools including Power BI to translate data results into meaningful reports for management and stakeholders.
• Supervise the Data Quality Specialist to ensure data integrity and quality across programs.
• Implement QA processes to evaluate services and assist programs in setting goals and metrics.
• Distribute, tabulate, and report client and employee satisfaction surveys and other monitoring data.
• Coordinate QA evaluation of services (record review, observation, interviews) and report quarterly.
• Coordinate year-end program reviews and collaborate on development of new programs.
• Research opportunities and help build case statements for funders or partners.
