• Manage, update, and distribute agency dashboards.
• Monitor and manage the quality assurance help desk.
• Manage, monitor, and analyze agency outcomes.
• Review and respond to agency-wide incident reports.
• Train necessary agency workforce on incident identification.
• Support the AVP of Research and Evaluation in daily operations.
