Position: Quality Assurance Manager - Data Systems (Hybrid)

Location: New York, NY 10020

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Two years of experience in data quality and data systems
• Demonstrated ability in written and verbal communication
• Other necessary skills include training, audit and evaluation data collection, and incident management skills

Supervisory Role

This position does have supervisory responsibilities.

Quality Assurance Manager - Data Systems Principal Responsibilities

1. Manage, update and distribute agency dashboards
2. Monitor and manage the quality assurance help desk
3. Manage, monitor and analyze agency outcomes
4. Review and respond to agency‑wide incident reports
5. Train necessary agency workforce on incident identification, writing, and reporting
6. Participate and assist in the development of ongoing staff training for the electronic health record
7. Support the AVP of Research and Evaluation and the Senior Director of Research and Evaluation/Corporate Privacy Officer in daily operations
8. Perform other related duties as requested
