McMillen, Inc. seeks an experienced Quality Control Technician/Inspector to perform construction materials testing, inspections, and field documentation for concrete, earthwork, electrical, and environmental scopes in Poston, AZ.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in material sampling, testing, and construction inspection.
• Current ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician – Grade 1 certification required.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans, specs, RFIs, and submittals.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect grading, forms, reinforcing steel placement, and embedded items prior to concrete placement.
• Perform fresh concrete testing including temperature, air content, unit weight, yield, and cylinder sampling.
• Identify, store, and transport concrete strength specimens to the laboratory.
• Inspect concrete placement, finishing, and curing operations.
• Verify work conforms to plans, specs, and project requirements.
• Maintain records of concrete testing and inspection activities.
• Observe grading and compaction of aggregate, soil, and sand bedding.
• Monitor erosion and sediment control measures and construction activities for compliance.
