The ideal candidate reads plans, specs, and submittals and communicates findings to ensure safety and quality on site. The role requires independent field work, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, with 5+ years of experience and relevant certifications.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of material sampling, testing, and construction inspection.
• ACI Field Testing Technician - Grade 1 certification required.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Experience as SWPPP/Erosion Control Inspector preferred.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans, specs, submittals, RFIs.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect grading, forms, reinforcing steel placement, and embedded items prior to concrete placement.
• Perform fresh concrete testing: temperature, air content, unit weight, yield, cylinder sampling.
• Document testing results and field observations.
• Verify conformance with project plans, specifications, and approved submittals.
• Conduct erosion-control inspections and monitor sediment control measures.
