Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in material sampling, testing, and construction inspection.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans, specs, submittals, RFIs, and related docs.
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and work in active construction sites.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Inspect grading, forms, reinforcing steel, and embedded items before concrete placement.
• Perform fresh concrete testing: temperature, air content, unit weight, yield, cylinder sampling.
• Document testing results and field observations accurately.
• Verify conformance with plans, specs, and submittals.
• Perform or assist with field testing (gradation, moisture, sand cone).
• Oversee erosion control measures and SWPPP-related inspections as needed.
