Job summary

SRM Concrete quality control team is hiring a Quality Control Technician in the United States. You will perform routine and non-routine testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished concrete, interpreting results and reporting deviations to ensure product quality across commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.

Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply, with on-the-job training and potential for ACI certification.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates welcome; on-the-job training provided.
• ACI certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills required.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished concrete using industry-standard methods.
• Interpret test results and compare to specifications and control limits.
• Conduct visual inspections of concrete products for quality standards.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to troubleshoot quality issues.
• Deliver quality control training to production staff as directed by management or technical services.
• Maintain accurate records of tests, analyses and quality-related activities.
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to improve QC processes.
