Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn
• ACI certification, or willingness to obtain it, is a plus
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Concrete Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred but not required
• Entry-level candidates welcome; on-the-job training provided

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished concrete using industry-standard methods.
• Interpret test results and compare to specifications and control limits.
• Conduct visual inspections of concrete products for quality standards.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to troubleshoot quality issues.
• Deliver quality control training to production staff as directed by management or technical services.
• Maintain accurate records of tests, analyses, and quality-related activities.
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to improve QC processes.
