Qualifications

• Willingness to work variable shifts based on scheduled pours, including day and overnight shifts.
• On-the-job training provided for entry-level candidates.
• ACI certification, or willingness to obtain it, is a plus.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred but not required.
• Previous QC or construction materials experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills; effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished concrete.
• Interpret test results and compare to specifications and control limits.
• Conduct visual inspections of concrete products for quality compliance.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot quality issues.
• Deliver quality control training to production staff as directed.
• Maintain accurate records of tests, analyses, and quality activities.
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to improve processes.
