SRM Concrete is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our team. You will perform routine and non-routine testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished ready-mix concrete to ensure adherence to specifications and high quality across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

We value attention to detail, teamwork, and proactive problem solving. Entry-level candidates are welcome with on-the-job training; ACI certification is a plus and candidates may pursue it

Qualifikationen

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply and receive on-the-job training.
• ACI certification, or willingness to obtain it, is a plus.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Concrete Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished concrete.
• Interpret test results and compare them to specifications and control limits.
• Conduct visual inspections of concrete products to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to troubleshoot quality issues.
• Deliver quality control training to production staff as directed by management or technical services.
• Maintain accurate records of tests, analyses, and quality-related activities.
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to improve QC processes.
