Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee daily plant activities and ensure safety, quality and production targets are met. The role involves directing staff, coordinating maintenance, and driving housekeeping and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in aggregates or heavy industry preferred.
• Strong safety, quality and production targets knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily plant activities to meet safety, quality and production targets.
• Direct and support production staff; create weekly schedules.
• Ensure equipment operates safely; coordinate maintenance with supervisors.
• Lead housekeeping and safety initiatives; enforce PPE usage.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime and cost.
• Collaborate with Production/Shipping Manager to operate within budget.
