Job summary

Amrize seeks a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations at the Franklin Farms project in LA. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across production processes.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in a supervisory role within heavy industry or aggregates facilities, with strong emphasis on safety, communication, and teamwork. Amrize offers comprehensive benefits and an inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of equivalent experience acceptable.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for the role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily plant activities to meet safety, quality and production targets.
• Direct daily activities of plant employees and ensure safe operations.
• Create work orders and coordinate with maintenance; monitor equipment for defects and downtime.
• Lead safety initiatives, housekeeping, and adherence to PPE protocols.
• Develop weekly production schedules and coordinate with Maintenance and Shipping.
• Document Visual Emission checks and report findings to the supervisor.
