Responsibilities

• Directs daily plant activities and ensures safety compliance.
• Performs quality tests per standards.
• Creates weekly production schedules.
• Coordinates with maintenance for equipment operation and downtime.
• Leads housekeeping and safety initiatives.
• Reports findings and improvements to Leadership.
