Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee daily plant activities, ensuring safety, quality and production targets are met. The role involves directing staff, coordinating with maintenance, and performing quality tests in line with local and national standards.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years in a supervisory role, with priority given to those with experience in aggregates or heavy industry. Strong commitment to safety and compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent or 3 years of equivalent experience
• Additional Education Preferred: Bachelor's degree
• Required Work Experience: 3-5 years, Minimum 5 years related experience in a supervisory role. Experience in aggregates facility or other heavy industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the plant.
• Meet safety, quality and production targets as indicated by the company.
• Perform quality control tests for the specific product line in accordance with established local or national standards.
