Job summary

Amrize seeks a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee daily plant activities and ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met on the Franklin Farms Project in LA. The role requires 3-5 years in a supervisory capacity, with heavy industry or aggregates experience preferred.

Responsibilities include directing plant staff, performing QC tests, scheduling, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with PPE and safety standards. Join a company building North America and grow with it.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years, minimum 5 years related experience in a supervisory role; experience in aggregates facility or heavy industry preferred.
• Adhere to safety protocols and proper PPE usage; respirator policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant activities to meet safety, quality and production targets.
• Direct daily activities of plant staff and ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct daily quality control tests per local and national standards.
• Create and manage weekly production schedules and coordinate with maintenance.
• Ensure equipment safety checks and routine inspections are performed.
• Collaborate with Production/Shipping Manager to operate within budget.
