Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. seeks a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee daily plant activities, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met. The role involves coordinating shifts, reviewing inspections, and driving housekeeping standards.

You will lead a team, enforce safety protocols, and collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime while maintaining quality standards across our North American sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years, minimum 5 years supervisory experience in heavy industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs the daily activities of employees working in the plant.
• Ensures Production equipment is operated in a safe and efficient manner and is routinely inspected for defects.
• Creates weekly schedules to meet Production needs.
• Drives safety and housekeeping efforts in the plant.
• Creates work orders and passes information to plant maintenance personnel.
• Works with Maintenance to schedule equipment operations and downtime.
