Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee daily plant activity, ensuring safety, quality and production targets are met. You will supervise staff, coordinate with maintenance and shipping, and drive continuous safety improvements on the production floor.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in a supervisory role within heavy industry or aggregates, with strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and PPE protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in aggregates facility or heavy industry is highly preferred.
• Adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily plant activities ensuring safety, quality and production targets.
• Direct and manage employees, assign responsibilities and schedules.
• Ensure equipment is safe and operating, inspect for defects and coordinate maintenance.
• Lead safety initiatives, housekeeping and incident reporting.
• Develop and pass production information to maintenance and shipping teams.
