Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee daily plant activities, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets while performing QC tests on the product line. The role requires directing a supervisory team and coordinating with maintenance to keep operations compliant and efficient.

You will lead with a strong emphasis on safety, scheduling, and process improvements, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability in a heavy-industry environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years supervisory experience in heavy industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with aggregates facility or heavy industry preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily plant activities and ensure safety, quality, and production targets.
• Perform quality control tests as per established local or national standards.
• Create work orders and coordinate with maintenance personnel.
• Schedules weekly production plans to meet needs.
• Ensure equipment is operated safely and routinely inspected.
