Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee daily plant activities, ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met, and supervise frontline staff at the Franklin Farms project in LA. The role emphasizes adherence to safety policies and effective communication across teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in a supervisory role, a high school diploma or equivalent, and ideally a Bachelor's degree with experience in aggregates or heavy industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in aggregates facility or heavy industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily plant activities and ensure safety, quality and production targets.
• Create weekly production schedules.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment operation and downtime.
• Conduct daily visual emission checks.
• Lead housekeeping and safety initiatives.
• Ensure equipment operated safely and within budget.
