Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Plant Operations Supervisor to support and maintain safety and production programs in our facility. You will lead daily safety contacts, partner with lab and quality teams, and ensure adherence to ISO standards while delivering a consistent product.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing operations, a bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Training on safety protocols and PPE is provided; shifts rotate to cover 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing-related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience supervising process and hourly employees.
• Knowledge of processing methods and planning techniques.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operation of processes through control system readings and visual checks.
• Supervise process and hourly employees and coordinate with lab technicians.
• Ensure quality and environmental ISO standards are met.
• Review laboratory results and assist in root-cause analysis for issues.
• Take corrective actions and report production problems and solutions.
• Inspect operating equipment and participate in preventive maintenance.
• Work rotating shifts and maintain housekeeping in work areas.
• Follow SAP-based workflows for work orders, time entry, and material requisitions.
