Clark seeks a Quality Control Manager to ensure projects are built to contract documents, owner requirements, and codes. You will lead a transparent, high‑performing team, coordinate with owners, design teams, and trades, and drive the Three Phases of Control quality program throughout projects.

You will oversee submittals, testing, inspections, and punch lists, while managing closeout deliverables and staff development. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree in construction or related discipline.
• 5-8+ years verifiable construction quality control/inspection experience.
• Takes initiative and personal responsibility to deliver value and excellence.
• Uses expertise to create a vision and align the team to outcomes.
• Ability to persuade and gain buy-in from diverse stakeholders.
• Experience establishing quality control plans and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the project team to understand, plan, and implement drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with owner, design team, and contractors to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Implement and manage the Three Phases of Control Quality Control Plan.
• Oversee submittal review and approval.
• Schedule and conduct quality control meetings (Preparatory, Initial Phase, Follow-up).
• Control documents related to quality control functions.
• Establish testing procedures in accordance with contract specifications.
• Manage inspections process.
• Coordinate third‑party testing agents and interface with Owner’s representatives.
• Maintain a project deficiency log and punch list process.
• Oversee project closeout deliverables (training, O&Ms).
• Engage with executive management; lead staff training and development.
• Develop relationships with industry professionals to generate and win work.
• Participate in recruiting top talent for Clark.
