Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Quality Control Manager to ensure project work conforms to contract documents, owner requirements, and applicable codes. You will build and lead a QC team, coordinate with owners and design teams, and manage testing, submittals, and punch lists on active sites.

The role requires broad stakeholder communication, hands-on site presence, and adherence to Clark's Standards of Excellence.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in construction or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years in construction quality control or inspection.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement the contract drawings and specifications.
• Oversee submittal review and approval.
• Lead quality control meetings and testing procedures.
• Coordinate third-party testing and interface with Owner's representatives.
• Recruit and develop QC staff and teams.
• Maintain deficiency logs and punch list processes.
