Job summary

Clark Group is seeking a Quality Control Manager in the United States to ensure projects meet contract specifications and owner requirements while complying with building codes. You will build a transparent QC team, coordinate with owners and design teams, and drive the Three Phases of Control plan on active jobsites.

You will lead submittal reviews, testing coordination, and punch list management, reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a construction or related discipline or relevant experience.
• Experience in construction quality control and inspections.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project team to implement contract drawings and specs.
• Collaborate with owner, design team, and contractors to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Lead the Three Phases of Control Quality Plan.
• Oversee submittal reviews and testing coordination.
• Manage punch list and project closeout deliverables.
