Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or relevant experience in construction or related field.
• 5–8+ years of verifiable construction quality control/inspection experience.
• Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and the ability to align a team to deliver outcomes.
• Strong ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders and gain buy-in.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the project team to implement contract drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with owner, design team, and contractors to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Implement and manage the Quality Control Plan and testing procedures.
• Oversee submittal reviews, inspections, and third-party testing coordination.
• Lead QC meetings and manage deficiency logs, punch lists, and project closeout deliverables.
• Recruit and develop quality control staff and relationships with industry professionals.
