Clark Construction Group is seeking a Senior Quality Control Manager to ensure projects comply with contract drawings, specifications and owner requirements. You will coordinate with owner, design teams and contractors to guarantee quality and timeliness, leading the Three Phases of Control QC Plan and managing inspections and submittals.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in construction QC/inspection, strong communication skills, and a track record of building effective QC teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a construction or related discipline or relevant experience.
• Minimum 10+ years verifiable construction quality control and/or inspection experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with, persuade, and gain buy-in from a broad range of stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the project team to understand, plan, and implement the contract drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with owner, design team, and contractors to ensure quality and timeliness of construction.
• Lead the Three Phases of Control Quality Plan and coordinate submittal reviews/approvals.
• Schedule and conduct quality control meetings and manage related documentation.
• Oversee testing procedures, inspections, and third party testing coordination.
• Maintain deficiency log, punch list, and project closeout deliverables.
