Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Quality Control Manager to ensure project compliance with contract documents, owner requirements, and building codes. You will lead a quality control team, manage the contract drawings, and coordinate with owners, designers, and contractors to ensure quality and timely completion.

You will oversee the Three Phases of Control, manage submittals and testing coordination, and drive continuous improvement in QC processes while communicating

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree in construction or related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years verifiable construction quality control and/or inspection experience.
• Strong communication and leadership across stakeholders (e.g., executive team, leadership, BU leaders, clients).
• CCQM or CQM-C certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Partner with the project team to understand, plan, and implement the contract drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with owner, design team, and contractors to ensure quality and timeliness of construction.
• Lead and manage the "Three Phases of Control" Quality Control Plan.
• Oversee submittal review and approval.
• Schedule and conduct quality control meetings (Preparatory, Initial Phase, Follow-up).
• Coordinate third party testing agents and interface with Owner’s representatives as required.
• Identify, hire, and retain outstanding people and recruit top industry talent.
