Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Manager to ensure project work aligns with contract specs and owner requirements while complying with codes. You will lead a transparent quality control team, coordinate with the owner and design team, and drive excellence across the project lifecycle.

You will implement the Three Phases of Control, manage submittals, testing, and inspections, and mentor staff to build a capable QC organization.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a construction or related discipline or relevant experience.
• Minimum 5-8+ years verifiable construction quality control and/or inspection experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project team to understand, plan, and implement contract drawings and specs.
• Collaborate with owner, design team, and contractors to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Implement and manage the Three Phases of Control Quality Plan.
• Oversee submittal review and approval processes.
• Schedule and conduct quality control meetings (Preparatory, Initial Phase, Follow-up).
• Establish testing procedures per contract specifications and manage inspections.
