Job summary

Dow is seeking a Quality Control Analyst for its Knoxville, TN plant. The role requires performing qualification testing of materials, recording QC data, and issuing certificates of analysis while maintaining equipment control and housekeeping.

The successful candidate will work on 12-hour rotating shifts and support continuous improvement in a safety-focused environment. Ideal candidates bring lab instrumentation proficiency, strong data management skills, and the ability to operate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least one of the required science/engineering criteria.
• Willing and able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• U.S. work authorization is required (no visa sponsorship).
• Experience in laboratory testing and quality data management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform qualification testing of raw materials, in-process, batch final, shipment final, and special samples.
• Record QC data on lab requests and SAP worksheets.
• Prepare and issue certificates/letters of analysis.
• Ensure test equipment is in control and perform corrective actions as needed.
• Back-up other analysts and maintain lab housekeeping.
