Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services is seeking a Quality & Compliance Manager to oversee the Siemens Mobility account portfolio. You will ensure work orders meet KPIs and SSCS/local law requirements, coordinate audits, and manage supplier cost/delivery across sites.

You will partner with the Siemens Mobility team to uphold service quality, environmental health and safety standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing quality control processes and standards.
• Ability to lead audits (external/internal) and ensure compliance with SSCS and local laws.
• Familiarity with SMETA 4 pillar or SA8000 audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality and compliance for Siemens Mobility account portfolio.
• Coordinate audits and ensure audit findings are addressed across sites.
• Manage supplier costs and delivery to all sites.
• Develop strategies to improve reliability and safety of facilities.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with key vendors.
• Collaborate with Finance and Regional Managers on budgets and cost controls.
• Promote environmental health and safety practices across sites.
