Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field is required.
MBA or master’s degree in Quality Management or related field is a plus.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop quality teams across organization.

Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve the local Quality Management System to align with ISO 9001 and business needs.
Monitor manufacturing processes, quality gates, and inspections to prevent defects.
Lead non-conformance management and corrective actions to reduce repeat issues.
Partner with procurement and suppliers to strengthen supplier quality and resolve concerns.
Use quality data and tools (Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, PPAP) to identify trends and improve efficiency.
Develop quality reporting and performance reviews for leadership with actionable insights.
Mentor teams and reinforce accountability for quality at all stages.
