Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking an Integrated Management System (IMS) Process Manager. This hybrid role will coordinate ISO standards across multiple factories, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement.

You will report to the Quality Engineering Manager in Peachtree Corners, GA, and travel 15% to nearby sites. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience with quality management systems, internal auditing, and documentation control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with quality management systems and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Integrated management systems supporting quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety compliance.
• Internal audit planning, execution, findings management, and corrective action closure.
• Cross-functional communication, project management, and stakeholder influence to drive corporate process changes.
• 15% travel.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving an integrated management system across multiple factories.
• Align ISO 9001 quality management, ISO 14001 environmental management, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Lead internal audit program and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
• Coordinate certification activities and external surveillance audits.
• Manage document control and records management processes to ensure compliance.
