DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Quality Assurance Supervisor in Lockbourne, OH. This role supervises QA programs and quality control activities to ensure site compliance with the DHL Quality Management System and customer/regulatory requirements. The position guides hourly staff and partners with QA management on reports and improvements.

The role offers a clear 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) with occasional overtime and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality system and procedures.
• Assist in regulatory, customer, and third-party audits.
• Track, monitor, and report quality metrics for the site.
• Supervise and train hourly QA/quality staff.
• Be a point of contact for QA issues and initiatives.
• Collaborate with QA leadership on reports and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements daily.
• Maintain customer service and business standards.
