Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking an experienced QA/processing professional to re-review processed events, assess accuracy of actions, and improve throughput and client alignment with documented guidelines. The role reports to the Event Processing Supervisor within the Operations team.

Responsibilities include quality checks on events, documenting errors, handling escalated queues, and participating in stakeholder communications. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years processing experience preferred.
• Quality assurance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of processing rules and/or ability to learn client requirements.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Dependability and ability to document and report as needed.
• Professionalism and ability to work well with different groups.
• Self-motivated, quality driven with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lead/facilitate meetings.
• Advanced computer skills with O365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on open and closed events against manuals/QA instruments and standards on active operating systems or processing platforms.
• Update and document errors related to QA metrics.
• Process escalated queues and record errors present.
• Participate in sessions updating manuals/laws/software.
• Other office/clerical duties as assigned
