• Monitor adherence to state licensing, certification rules, accrediting requirements, and policies.
• Conduct quality assurance audits, present outcomes and recommendations to management.
• Manage complaints and risk-related issues, promoting timely resolutions.
• Make site visits to ensure quality and implementation of IDD services.
• Ensure quality and professionalism of all agency programs.
• Assist in producing periodic written reports reviewing needs and recommendations.
• Help develop training curricula for staff to ensure quality delivery.
• Establish cooperative relationships with outside agencies for program services.
