Premier Community Supports LLC seeks a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure our in-home and community-based services meet internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will work with the Quality Assurance Manager to strengthen documentation, safety plans, and program outcomes.

The role requires analytical thinking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with families, staff, and external agencies.

• Knowledge of human services systems and regulatory environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Audit records and documentation for compliance with policies and government requirements.
• Identify deficiencies and communicate findings with recommendations.
• Run and review reports and document results for QA processes.
• Audit safety plans and protocols; coordinate revisions as needed.
• Assist QA Director with staff training and retraining.
