Qualifications

• Experience with quality assurance in Service/Shared Services environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and track quality assurance processes across Shared Services.
• Monitor, document, and analyze Employee Service Center calls to identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for development for individuals and teams.
• Lead and facilitate Shared Services training and coaching to improve performance.
