Job summary

Chelten House Products, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Document Control Specialist to maintain the controlled document system and assist QA investigations and audits. This on-site role is based at our Bridgeport, NJ facility.

You will implement and maintain the electronic document control system, log records across departments, prepare for audits, and support CAPA and nonconformances, collaborating closely with the QA team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years’ experience in a Quality Assurance environment.
• Ability to work in a varied environment with changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in implementation and maintenance of an Electronic Document Control System.
• Maintaining accurate logs of records for and from multiple departments.
• Reviewing documentation completion and divination.
• Developing quality reports when requested.
• Ensuring documents, logs, and files are prepared for audits.
• Issuing logs, forms, batch records, and controlled copies of documents.
• Assisting in revision of quality documents (SOPs, SPECs, forms, logs, templates).
• Auditing production processes and reviewing production process records.
