You will maintain Agile PLM records, support audits, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while collaborating with production, engineering, and quality teams.

This role emphasizes meticulous document control, accurate data entry, and training staff on procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in administration, documentation, and/or project management.
• Strong communication and detail orientation.
• Proficient with MS Office and Excel; familiarity with EDMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document management: oversee document control database, revision status, and Agile workflow.
• Engineering: organize and distribute engineering documents and PPAP records.
• Team collaboration: liaison with engineering, product management, and other departments.
