Job summary

Dirigo Support Professionals is seeking a highly organized QA and compliance administrator to oversee regulatory compliance, audits, documentation, and quality improvement initiatives. You will lead HCBS and MaineCare compliance efforts and coordinate with leadership to ensure high-quality, person-centered services.

The role involves reviewing documentation, training staff, and preparing for licensing reviews while maintaining confidentiality and strong professional judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years in quality assurance, compliance, healthcare administration, residential services, or related leadership role.
• Experience with HCBS regulations, MaineCare services, licensing standards, and regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly quality assurance audits of service documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Complete quarterly audits of program records and regulatory paperwork.
• Perform HCBS compliance reviews and develop corrective action and quality improvement plans.
• Lead agency preparation for licensing, certification, and QA reviews.
• Monitor incident reporting and complete monthly quality reviews of events.
• Review medication administration practices and support corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance tracking systems and audit readiness across services.
• Complete internal investigations and coordinate with Protective Service and Licensing.
