Job summary

Andwell Health Partners is seeking a Director of Quality & Compliance to provide strategic leadership for quality management, regulatory compliance, risk, accreditation, privacy, and related programs. You will partner with the executive team and serve on the Senior Management Team to drive organizational excellence across Maine.

You will lead CMS/ACHC surveys, develop corrective actions, oversee privacy governance, and promote a culture of continuous quality improvement across all service lines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare field required.
• Master's degree in related field preferred.
• Certifications such as CPHQ/CHC are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee QAPI and quality initiatives across the organization.
• Ensure CMS/ACHC/HIPAA/state regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness.
• Manage enterprise risk, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Direct privacy program leadership and HIPAA governance.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to advance quality and compliance goals.
