Job summary

PRISTINE HEALTH SERVICES INC is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure compliance with Maryland DDA, CMS, COMAR standards and other regulatory bodies. You will lead QA programs, audits, incident management, and quality improvement initiatives to safeguard client welfare and regulatory adherence.

You will design QA systems, conduct reviews, and prepare for external audits. A bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of QA experience in human services are required; master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or a related field (master’s preferred, or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, auditing, or performance improvement within a DDA or similar human services/residential setting.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state (including Maryland DDA regulations, COMAR 10.22, and waiver services), and local regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance and monitoring across programs (Residential Services, Meaningful Day, Personal Supports, etc.).
• Conduct and report on internal audits, chart reviews, and QA activities with timely documentation.
• Develop and track CAPs and QIPs with leadership to drive corrective actions.
• Manage incident and risk processes, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions.
