Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to the assigned area.
• Two years of experience in quality assurance/control or equivalent.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills; ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.

Responsabilités

• Conduct internal audits and inspections to evaluate compliance with policies and standards.
• Assess effectiveness of existing policies and procedures and identify improvement opportunities.
• Interview staff, review documents, and prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Support career development initiatives and participate in approved CDP incentives when funded.
