Job summary

C2 Global Professional Services (C2 GPS) is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor programs, conduct audits, and provide guidance to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The role emphasizes data analysis, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration within workforce services.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and may hold an associate or undergraduate degree.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Undergraduate degree preferred.
• (1-2) Years of relevant experience required.
• Additional relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts monitoring and makes recommendations for improvement and maintains documentation on program reviews.
• Compiles required monitoring documents and submits responses to Quality Assurance Lead.
• Provides technical assistance on workforce services programs.
• Maintains knowledge on current and future programs to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
