In the role of Quality and Records Manager, you'll be responsible for:
  • Serving as the local leadership representative for quality and supporting the implementation of the QMS, working closely with area leadership to advance a culture of quality.
  • Providing guidance to Project Managers on project plans (e.g., PMP, QMP, RMP) and best practices.
  • Coordinating with local project quality managers on project support and sharing key project experiences.
  • Reporting on QMS implementation, lessons learned, and audit strategies to the Quality Office.
  • Communicating updates and directives related to QMS and ILG to leadership and staff.
  • Developing and updating local processes to support QMS and ILG requirements, aligning with other departments.
  • Creating and maintaining a comprehensive onboarding program to educate new employees about HDR's QMS.
  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding policies and procedures related to the QMS.
  • Identifying opportunities for training and support based on quality-related issues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong commitment to enhancing the quality culture among leadership and staff.
  • Effective leadership skills and relationship management with various teams.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and mitigate risks while maintaining business flexibility.
  • High collaboration, self-awareness, and a focus on quality and risk management messaging.
  • Alignment with HDR's brand promise and values.
  • Professional and ethical leadership, fulfilling project responsibilities to clients and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Professional degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6 years of industry experience, including 3 years in related quality fields.
  • Applicable quality certification or the ability to obtain one.
  • Strong understanding of QMS fundamentals.
  • Proven communication and engagement skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, with investigative interview experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Adobe PDF, and PowerPoint.
