In the role of Quality and Records Manager, we'll count on you to:
  1. Serve as the local leadership representative for quality and support the implementation of the QMS. Work closely with area leadership and serve as the local representative of the quality office.
  2. Provide guidance and support to Project Managers regarding project plans (e.g., PMP, QMP, RMP) and best practices.
  3. Coordinate with local project quality managers on project support needs and sharing of project experience.
  4. Report on QMS implementation, lessons learned, and audit resolutions to the Quality Office.
  5. Communicate QMS updates, directives, and policies to area leadership and staff.
  6. Develop and update local processes supporting QMS and ILG requirements, working cross-functionally with various departments.
  7. Create and maintain a comprehensive onboarding program to educate new employees about HDR's QMS.
  8. Respond to staff questions related to policies and procedures of the QMS.
  9. Identify opportunities for training and support based on quality issue trends.

  • Effective leadership skills and relationship management with stakeholders.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and mitigate risks while maintaining business flexibility.
  • High collaboration and self-awareness, with focus on quality and risk messaging.
  • Alignment with HDR's brand promise and values.
  • Professional and ethical leadership to fulfill project responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
  • Professional Degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6 years of industry experience, with 3+ in quality fields.
  • Applicable quality certifications or ability to obtain them.
  • Understanding of QMS fundamentals.
  • Strong communication and engagement skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, investigative interview experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Adobe PDF, and PowerPoint.
