Job summary

MarketStar is hiring a Quality and Enablement Specialist to support our SMB team in Salt Lake City, Utah. You will work with Sales Enablement, Training Leaders, and Team Leaders to develop and implement QA processes that boost professionalism, productivity, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include monitoring sales interactions, analyzing quality reports, and identifying training gaps. You will lead calibration sessions with senior leadership and provide actionable feedback across

Qualifications

• Experience in QA processes and call/email monitoring.
• Ability to interpret dashboards to spot trends and focus areas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across teams.
• Proficient with Google Workspace: Gmail, Forms, Sheets.
• Results-driven with the ability to motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Review SMB sales QA via call recordings and email reviews.
• Track performance metrics for team and individuals.
• Identify training gaps and communicate needs to training.
• Prepare internal and external quality reports for management.
• Lead calibration sessions with senior leaders and team leads.
• Provide actionable data to support groups to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve program initiatives.
• Deliver constructive feedback for coaching and development.
• Create standardized workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
