MarketStar is seeking a Quality and Enablement Specialist to support our SMB team in Salt Lake City, UT. You will partner with Sales Enablement and Leaders to implement QA processes that drive professionalism, productivity, and quality across the SMB program.

The ideal candidate has QA experience and strong data-analysis skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace. Join a team focused on growth, development, and measurable performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous Quality Assurance experience is preferred.
• Ability to interpret data dashboards to identify performance trends.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace apps (Gmail, Forms, Sheets).
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate others and drive performance.
• Adaptive style for micro- and macro-level work.

Responsibilities

• Review quality of SMB sales work via call recordings and emails.
• Use quality data systems to track performance metrics at team and individual levels.
• Identify training gaps from audits and relay to training team.
• Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management.
• Lead calibration sessions with Senior Leadership and Team Leads to standardize quality.
• Provide actionable performance data to support program improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on program initiatives and client standards.
• Deliver direct feedback to sales leaders for coaching and development.
• Create and maintain standardized workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency of engagements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
