MarketStar is seeking a Client Delivery Trainer in Salt Lake City, UT, with hybrid work arrangements. You will design, deliver, and manage enablement training for client teams, ensuring world-class standards and driving business growth.

The role emphasizes sales enablement, facilitation, and a strong coaching culture. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in sales training, adult learning, and strong communication, with excellent project management and a track record of mentoring

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or related roles.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Experience in training facilitation and delivery.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills and a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop learners.
• Experience with content creation, sales processes.
• Prior experience in a client-embedded or program-specific training role.
• Commitment to staying current with industry trends & prioritizing professional development.

Responsabilités

• Drive learner readiness and accountability from onboarding to production floor.
• Execute certification strategy from readiness through completion with mock calls and knowledge validation.
• Build partnerships with Program Managers, Team Leads, QA, and client stakeholders.
• Lead mentorship post-training with coaching, shadowing, and feedback loops.
• Design and evolve learning materials: facilitator guides, resources, knowledge checks, call frameworks.
• Measure training impact using performance data and stakeholder feedback.
• Deliver ongoing enablement addressing performance gaps based on trends and client priorities.
• Identify learning opportunities from feedback and performance data; implement improvements.
• Manage onboarding and enablement programs from kickoff to completion.
• Plan and steward program resources and budget for learner experience.
• Lead program-specific onboarding to ramp new hires quickly.
• Facilitate training across product knowledge, sales methodology, roleplay, and certification readiness.
