Job summary

MarketStar is seeking a Quality Enablement Specialist to join our team. You will partner with sales leadership to develop, implement, and coach quality assurance processes, enhancing professionalism and performance across our B2B teams.

The role is remote in the US, with a strong emphasis on data-driven coaching and workflow improvements. The ideal candidate has digital advertising and B2B sales exposure, solid QA background, and exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Digital advertising, B2B or tele sales experience required.
• Quality Assurance experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review quality of sales calls and chat interactions.
• Identify coaching needs and communicate with Management/Training.
• Prepare and analyze internal quality reports for management review.
• Conduct calibration sessions on calls with leadership and managers.
• Create and maintain standardized workflows and procedures.

The Quality Enablement Specialist will work directly with management to assist in developing, creating, and implementing quality assurance processes, procedures, and one on one coaching, as well as making recommendations for enhancements to training materials as needed. The ideal Quality Enablement Specialist candidate is a team-oriented individual who is driven to ensure that professionalism, productivity, and quality are maintained and continually improved.Location: U S - RemoteWhat Will You Do?Review quality of work performed by the sales team through monitoring call and/or chat recording systems and applications. Use quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual levelIdentify coaching needs and communicate needs to Management and Training DepartmentPrepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management staff reviewConduct calibration sessions on calls for all products/programs with Senior Leadership, Team Leads, and other ManagementProvide feedback to sales team leaders and senior leadershipCreate and maintain standardized workflows and procedures.
