Job summary

MarketStar in Utah is seeking a Client Delivery Trainer to design, deliver, and manage enablement training for client teams. You will serve as the training point of contact for the assigned program, ensuring that training delivery meets world-class standards and directly supports business growth.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in sales, facilitation skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process to foster a high-performing, development-focused training culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or related roles.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Experience in training facilitation and delivery.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills and a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop learners.
• Experience with content creation, sales processes.
• Prior experience in a client-embedded or program-specific training role.
• Commitment to staying current with industry trends & prioritizing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding readiness and accountability by monitoring engagement and coaching.
• Execute the certification strategy from readiness through completion with mock calls and validations.
• Build partnerships with PMs, Team Leads, QA, and stakeholders to align training with priorities.
• Lead mentoring post-training through structured skill application and feedback.
• Design and evolve learning materials, facilitator guides, resources, and call frameworks.
• Measure training impact via performance data, certifications, and business metrics.
